The app won't open

  1. Make sure you're on the latest version — reinstall from the official download if you're not sure.
  2. Check your internet connection.
  3. Clear the app's cache (or your browser's cache, for the web app).
  4. Reinstall the official release.
  5. Still stuck? Contact us via the link in the footer with your device model and OS version.

Downloading and installing safely

Only download IROMUSIC from this site or an official app store. Copies from third-party sites — including "modded" APKs or builds claiming to unlock extra features — can contain malware or put your account at risk. If you need an older version for device compatibility, wait for it to appear on the official download links here rather than sourcing it elsewhere.

Which platform should I use right now

The web app is available today — no install needed, works on desktop and mobile browsers. Native apps for Android, Android TV, macOS, Windows, and Linux are in development; check the downloads section for current status.

Using IROMUSIC on iPhone

  1. Open pwa.iro.mobi in Safari.
  2. Tap the Share icon.
  3. Choose "Add to Home Screen."
  4. Launch it from your Home Screen like a regular app.
