DMCA / Copyright policy

Our policy

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users of IROMUSIC to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and applicable law.

Filing a takedown notice

If you believe content available through IROMUSIC infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent (contact below) that includes:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or someone authorized to act on their behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail (e.g., a URL or in-app location) for us to locate it.
4. Your contact information — address, phone number, and email.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you're authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-notice

If you believe content you posted or that's associated with your account was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material removed and its location before removal.
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the US, an appropriate jurisdiction) and will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.

Send notices to dmca@iromusic.live with the subject line "DMCA Notice" or "DMCA Counter-Notice."

Repeat infringers

We may suspend or terminate accounts that are subject to repeated valid infringement notices.
